PETER AND THE WOLF

Come see this highly interactive version of the traditional tale of Prokofiev’s Peter and the Wolf — a wonderful way for young learners to meet the different instruments in an orchestra through the characters profiled throughout the narration. This concerts also features Grant Cooper’s “Goldilocks and the Three Bears.”

2 performances: 9:45 a.m. & 11:35 a.m. on Tuesday, March 14 and Wednesday, March 15 in Charleston at the Culture Center. Visit State Museum and Capitol while on the grounds.

Cost: $4 per student, free for 1 teacher/chaperone for every ten students; $4 for each additional adult

Recommended for grades K-5: All lessons are aligned with College- and Career-Readiness  and Next Generation(WV)/Common Core Content Standards (OH/KY).
