Violin I & II Section Auditions (7 open seats)

The 2026-2027 section rate is $144.00 per service. The West Virginia Symphony Orchestra offers hotel, per diem and mileage with cap of 600 miles round trip. Employment will begin based on candidate availability.
Submit a one-page resume in pdf format to personnel@wvsymphony.org by the September 30, 2026 deadline.
Current Section Openings Violin 1 (seats 4, 12, 13); and Violin 2 (seats 4, 6, 7, 10)
All candidates should prepare all excerpts and two concerto expositions.
One of the following: Mozart Concerto no. 3, 4, or 5 exposition
One of the following: Standard Romantic or 20th Century concerto exposition
