The kickoff to the 2016-2017 season and search for a new music director begins! Conducting candidate Kayoko Dan will lead the orchestra in Glinka’s Overture to Ruslan and Ludmilla and Brahms’ Symphony No. 4 with a Charleston favorite guest artist, Rachel Barton Pine performing Prokofiev’s Violin Concerto No. 2.

Next season will be an incredible experience and we want to get everyone's opinion on the candidates!”
